mindset is definitely a choice, i have learned in the past month that you have to put on a face (fake it as you say) and you have to think that you will have a good day. i also do the five minute journal and i belive gratitude is so important for me mentally physically emotionally. choice in how we make of the day and how we create a positive mindset is so important. i believe we have the ability to change how we perceive and how we maintain our sanity and our peace of mind.
