Such a huge loss in the world. Steve and Connirae have done so much good in the world and his legacy and teachings will live on. I wish I had the chance to have met him.
I'm so sorry for your loss of your good friend and mentor.

    Rest In Peace, Steve!
And thank you Damon for your candid share and your forwarding of his gifts to the world via NLP. I for one, am better off because of his work and your efforts. May his gifts keep on rippling outward in the world

One of the best descriptions of Steve I've heard. Definitely a sharing and selfless person. More focused on broadcasting good into the world than himself. Maybe on the other side he can see the positive influence he and Connirae have had on the world.

Today, through a FB group on Pete Gerlach's IFS parts work I learned about Connierae's book and then down the internet rabbit hole to Steve and then your work. I don't know a lot about NLP but I can say that watching your video interviews with Steve and Connie and some of your videos and especially this one, I feel like I have found some of my soul family in the world. I'm sorry for your loss but am also feeling lots of that gratitude you mention here - grateful that there is a whole world to explore now that I have found you all.

Thank you so much for all your videos. You are indeed passing along his knowledge and Steve must be really proud of you. I know I am.
You inspire me to study NLP again. And pay it forward someday.
I have no words to thank YOU for what you do. I hope one day I can meet you in person. Thanks to you I’m considering to go to Cali eventually to take some courses.
THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!

I was lucky enough to train with Steve in Colorado, he was such a warm, kind, gentle-man with an amazing capacity for getting to the heart of an issue in double quick time but without ever stressing his client. A huge loss. We are all fortunate, he together with Connirae have created such a sophisticated and subtle body of work for gentle transformation which we can learn from and use. Thank you Steve. RIP.

    hey damon,
i had chills and tears in my eyes while watching your video, and could really feel your gratitude and sadness. i have read some of the andreas books and watched some videos, and totally agree that both of them are so underrated it is truly a crime.
please keep up the good work and spread steve's legacy, he deserves it.
    thank you,
    Adi

Yo having a mentor is big. Not having a father figure or mentor I wish I at least had a mentor to be sad about. Thanks for carrying on his work

I'm definitely fortunate and don't take it for granted that Steve popped into my life.
Perhaps consider mentoring someone. It might be what you need (and what someone else needs) more than you needing a mentor.

Thank you for sharing how Steve has been useful to you, Damon, and for paying it forward! Like you, I have received many gifts from Steve. During an Evolutionary NLP workshop Steve co-facilitated with Robert Dilts in Salt Lake City many years ago, Steve shared the grief resolution process that he and Connierae developed ( steveandreas.com/Articles/grief02.html ). This process has helped me grieve more resourcefully the passing of several close friends and has helped in a host of other situations. This very model that Steve and Connierae created is a lovely way to honor and remember Steve resourcefully. Damon, you're doing a great job paying it forward. Best to you and cheers to Steve!
