Theme: Embracing Hope
As a Christian community - the origin, locus and goal of catechesis - may we be tangible signs and a leaven of authentic hope (Spe Non Confundit, 10 & 25) by developing the sense of belonging to the Church; living the life of faith and love; and taking active responsibility for building the Body of Christ as missionary disciples (cf. DC, 89 & 133).
At the Launch of Catechetical Year, we had catechists from Church of St Vincent de Paul and Church of the Holy Cross share about their parish's catechetical initiatives that involves the community.
