The Sad Reality of A Polluted Town in Louisiana 4K Vlog 55

I am confused as to the point of this video and the clickbate title. There is no evidence presented for any pollution of this town. I started my career as an Environmental, Safety and Health Engineer in similar plants in South Louisiana and do understand that there are potentials for pollution every day. There has been massive pollution in the past. However, there is no evidence of a polluted town in this video.

I don't know what this town is, but...I don't see evidence of pollution. There is no flaring, no evidence oil on the ground, no evidence of oil in the water, and no evidence of leaks. You took videos of steam plumes, you may know that chemical plants have massive steam plants and distribution systems to keep viscous products easily flowable by use of steam tracing on pipelines and in tanks. Low pressure steam is vented to the atmosphere (it's pure water vapor).
I am in favor of smart environmental regulation and holding polluters accountable. However, it is damaging to credibility when claims of pollution are made without substantiation.
