Just one question though - if I publish collaborative paper on topics other than my own subject in Reputed SCI nad Scopus Q1 journals and they get indexed in my scopus author profile too, will they be valid during interviews or promotional purposes? Or do I need to stick to my own field of study while publishing papers?

@@gomstechtalks yes thanks for the reply .. I can definitely answer all the details in the paper.. Many said that interview board members might not understand all the details presented in this paper. So they might refuse to give credit even though it's a high impact factor Q1 or SCI journal
Probably, if you are a first or second author your work will be considered. The human perception may vary in the interview panel. The credit will be for the first two authors. Further moving, the third-fourth author is considered in giving the least contribution to the paper ( according to the one who sees the article). I wish you all success.
If the coverage year is not present that means it's not indexing right now and before publishing email to Scopus about the existence of status of journal. They reply within 2 days.
