Good job- sales are doing better but not where it needs to be. You’ve got me picking up flatware-sold my Reed & Barton spoon lot for my first one! I’m motivated now!
That’s awesome to hear about the flatware sale! It has been a slower season. I’m working a gun show this weekend and the crowds there are probably half what they used to be even six months ago, my partners work is much slower too. Hopefully if we just keep pushing through it’ll get better!
I am picking up more flatware, thanks to you! I found a bag with a mix of two patterns for under $6. The eight knives were sterling handled, and the rest of the bag was another pattern that was silverplated! Enjoying your videos!
I haven’t I’ve still listed very little there so far though, maybe I will look into it if it becomes more for me. I still am very new too it and stumbling through.
Thank you! I just have a basic floor lamp in the room I turn on and then I have a table against a corner with white foam core and a ring light, I think around 14” maybe?
Aw! You purchased that?? Thank you so much for your support I’m glad it made it safely!! 💕 for large plush it depends a bit for me. If it’s say a high value one I’m going to put it in a large poly mailer (I have 24x24 for big things) and then I compress what I can safely and get it into the smallest box I can without hurting the plush. I will offer usps ground and ups ground as shipping options for the buyer. I also love posting the big ones on Poshmark! I’ve never had any trouble with oversized packages there as long as it’s in the right weight class for their labels. I will say I have not shipped very many plush that wouldn’t fit in my 16x12x8 boxes though. Because of space I don’t get them too much unless very high dollar.
Sure! I need to just make a shipping video of various items. But until then, how I typically do art that is not in frames and is not an actual painting like with oil is I will put the piece in a plastic bag (clear storage ones or poly mailers depending on size) then I will sandwich the piece between foam core board (I purchase it at dollar tree and most times need one board for the piece) and then I will use cardboard from leftover boxes to put on top of the foam core on either side then I put into a large poly mailer. So far this has worked great for many prints, I’ve shipped many worth 100s this way!
You gotta keep the videos going for that Amazon link…if we only have 24 hours after the video. 😊😊 I’m trying to remember to use it for ya, but sometimes I wonder if it’s working for the time frame.
I had an item listed for $8. Of course they had to send an offer for $7. Really? I took it. Just wanted to get my money back and maybe a $2 profit. 😂😂😂 I need to turn off offers at $10 or less.
Great sales
Great sales! Looking forward to part 2. 😊
Can't wait to see part 2!!! Good job!!! My sales are FINALLY starting to pick up 😊
I hope they stay up for you!!

That’s so exciting about the Sterling! I’ve only found 2 or 3 Sterling pieces, I’m hoping for the mother lode someday!
Thank You!
Are you paying for the promotion fee on FB market?

Do you use special lighting to photograph your flatware? It looks really nice.

Can you show us how you pack and ship the pictures/art?

That’s honestly such a good idea about turning off the offers on lower dollar items!
