Bro if you just learn how to talk to random girls, then you would get such great results. What you did in this video is called "daygame" in the pickup artist community, which basically means that you gamed during the daytime. You obviously have no trouble approaching random girls; you just gotta learn how to talk to them. First thing I notice is that you guys are approaching these girls as if they know you very well. You go up and you have to introduce yourself and explain your intent (i.e. "hi this is kinda random but I think you are cute. Nice to meet you.") Anyways, you should look into Real Social Dynamics. They will teach you the skills
