I crafted this thing this morning and ran it a little bit and the first thing I noticed was that high damage and slow rate of fire. Reminds me a bit of the Hek shotgun from Warframe. Great video as always

At the same time, people are still waiting for their founders packs. "3-4 hours of targeted grinding", I can't even play for 10 minutes straight.
Wingraves passive does work with guns. Every eagle eye shot and every weapon ability counts as a melee finisher. Tested with Randsom rife. Edit:Just got to test with Tempest and the weapon ability doesn't work with his passive.
Just a helpful tip for finding loot goblins, I believe that loot goblins spawn more often in greed inflicted dungeons. I ran “the pit” dungeon 4 times with the greed mutator and a loot goblin spawned in 3 of those runs
@@rye42687 mutators are farmable items you can use before going into a dungeon or a hunt. So you can technically 100% get it every time as long as you farm the mutators.
Im glad more people are using guns and finding out about the hotspot reload, it works the same way with every gun. The only difference is you refresh after a different amount of shots like with the Ransom you can get four shots off before you reload to refresh the buff again.
Halcyon Orbs in Undercroft? Not a chance lol. If you want Halcyon Orbs, do Codex Halls and look for the 2 floors room. There's a fast travel point on the bottom and top floor for getting around that event easier, thus can be identified on the map as soon as you get into the Codex Halls. If you want Loot Goblins, then go to Undercroft with greed mutation and its kinda common.
I have the tempest and it seems its bugged for me. A. after reloading i can only fire off 2 fast shots and the third is hella slow B. it seems that the guage for getting my Q is really slow at going up i can MAYBE have one stack for the final boss fight

As a gunner in most RPGs, the Ransom sucked so hard I picked up the axe after trying out all starter weapons. This video gives me hope that guns will be a bit more viable after getting some alts to the Ransom.
Tbf the axe is prob the best starter weapon, a 30% increased damage received debuff on enemies should remain relevant even when leg weapons are considered
You can catch the reload with your left click, then just hold down the left click for the amount of shots the gun gets the bonus for. (Like ransom is 4, as you mentioned tempest is 3h
I've always had a thing for shotguns so I'm very glad this one is so good. ngl I went whale mode for this one because I really wanted to get a shotgun asap and I was already eyeing it before this video aired. But I plan on farming the rest. I'm a bit of a collector in Warframe so I think I'll be doing the same in Wayfinders. Sidenote: Very glad it seems so far that signature weapons, while complimenting their particular wayfinder, isn't the "only" weapon they "should" use. Venomess' rifle is amazing for what it does, but I'm not fond of burst fire guns. Tempest even with its low fire rate feels better for me personally. For now it'll be my main gun for her.

I like the weapon highlight as video content in general. Especially the section on the most efficient way to farm the mats. The ui is still clunky to me in figuring out where to farm things or what certain items are called/where they come from. Did you farm up Venomess as well or was that redeemed from your pack purchases

Despite the tragic launch situation and the hilariously toxic discord and community, I’ve managed to get up to lvl 12 on Wingrave and could see myself rly getting into the game. Will likely upgrade my pack at some point. I hate that “the first week of launch was bad so I’m never going to play this gave ever again I hope it fails” mentality. I really hope there isn’t so much of that immature attitude and the steam review bombing hurts the game long term. Not defending the hot mess this has been, but that doesn’t mean people can’t come back and enjoy the game when it’s fixed. Reviews should be based on the gameplay not connection issues imo. Oh well. Had to get on a soapbox somewhere 😂
Have 100 hours or so still dont even have close to the mats to craft my first weapon. I see streamers with almost all the weapons crafted somehow. Jumpin junipers
So I need help and on wayfinder I've already been in Discord. And in game chat. I am About 30 hours in the game And I just defeated a boss Call the deceiver. And then there is no quest? I know that can't be the end. Cause that's where I got in the Beta. Does anybody know what to do?
I get disconnected every time I try to run Trial of lingering light. It’s happened 4 times so far and I can’t even progress the main story at this point.
The weapon ability scales with weapon damage , now idk about Niss but on Silo i need ability power too and a bit Break power cus is getting ridiculous how tanky those guard shields are , i guess keep testing around until you found sweet spot , i do prioritize weapon damage > ability power > crit's > break power> mag defend > resilience.
7hours into it and I'm half way done getting it. Just need three more nexus,1 orb,3 more goblins and 10 of the solar stuff. RNG hates me as soon as you said unless you have bad luck I knew this weapon was going to be a pain to get for me. I'm honestly about to give up because her starter weapon is already op.
So I'm almost done with the mats but for some reason I can't figure out molten spectra. I keep getting glimmering molten spectra when I use the solar mod in undercroft.

So I’m just gonna say this despite sounding dumb maybe, I don’t hunk they should nerf it, it’s powerful but not the best “imo” let me explain, try using arcstorm once…. Tell me how that isn’t broken?. So not only does it pierce enemies making aoe naturally a joke, YOU CAN and I confirmed hit enemies through walls and the like, not sure why, but you can, but all in all it also hits like a damn truck I mean pairing it’s ability with a single shot back to back at max level is easily over 20k dmg lol.. and you get the shots way faster than shotty… so personally I’d be surprised if that wep was nerfed over it, I’m trying it out and it certainly isn’t bad!. But idk man arcstorm is pretttty busted feeling, infact to even say a point I’ve seen more guys max level using arcstorm than tempest, I actually seen tempest only 1 time so far. Not saying it’s not good but you get what I mean.
for sure the best low ceiling / skill weapon (even more for pad users) but it doesn't come close to Arcstorm when you want to aime properly and get rewards from it.
What about melee, do you have some tier list for it? Still new to the game and kinda overwhelmed with the UI especially how and where to get the materials for wayfinder and weapon lol
I can tell you that the titans bane on venomness is an absolute monster. The weapon skill was spraying out almost 500 Crits at level 4 and rapidly stacks her venom. Also jump slam attacks with 2h melee is an aoe power house.
It's a bit uncomfortable to use it for Niss I think since you want to be dodging a lot too, but it's a good choice I'd say - but the way Niss Works I think Niss wants to focus on Ability Power and not Weapon Power.

Those 2 dungeons cant drop molten. Because they are instant boss fights. I used 3 solars before i realised these 2 dungeons dont spawn any molten ores :-(

Bro i cant even login... 20k queue , dropped midway and have to wait another 20k ... managed to get in did 3 quests , send me to 1st dungeon and put me in party with some random and it throwed me out again into another 20 k queue... also map is absolutely horrible so is quest tracking .. i dont know what is where and where do i go its so confusing and time spending just to look where to go. I played many mmo's and games with quests.. this is the worst quest experience i have ever seen. I like hwo the game looks and feels when controlling character thou.. but for now thats the only thing i like ;S

Only 3 to 4 hours of grinding for the components... You didn't mention the several hours of waiting in the queue after getting kicked out of the game or glitched in the infinite loading screens.... Be nice if you mention it
Nah, weapons that deal a large amount of break damage are the best. Guns like this might be good solo, but overall, everyone should be trying to get that break dmg up.
@@HDHaZmY just the fact that when you break the enemy it boosts everones dmg who is attacking it is enough for Break dmg to do more dmg. It isn't about how much the break dmg itself does, but how much overall dmg is does after you break an enemy. Yes, Break dmg becomes more important and it will be more important the higher we move up in party content difficulty where every enemy will have more shield hp and more hp in general. Of course having more solid weapon dmg is also important, but the faster you can break an enemy, the bonus dmg will overall stack more in the end than just weapon dmg that ignores the enemy shield. Math has already been done on this. I'm not just making it up. Also with just testing it myself, I went from 3 to 4 shotting an enemy at my level to just 2 shotting with just raising my break dmg up a little, which also brought my weapon dmg down. Breaking a the enemy will always lead to more dmg in the end. Even more then just ignoring their shield. And this does, again mean even more when your in a party and you break an enemy.
I have thoroughly tested MANY enemies and Guard Break does not increase your damage in all cases in fact they were in the large minority - so IF there's really math on it I'd love to see it and the proof about all this because it goes 100% against previous actual Game Experience.
Please PLEASE do a Crafting Guide for every weapon. No one has this on youtube and the farming places for some things are obscure and strange xD

That is pretty solid! that means you can play SUPER safe while using it by throwing up the "projectiles no touch zone" in front of you and going ham!

Can you force a greed mutator or is that random when you drop the item in at the start of the dungeon

Try the railgun out its slow fire rate means big damage ive hit 50k on the weapon skill with a level 30 one

So the titan greatsword and the tempest are the best when it comes to greatswords and rifle so far??
My only gripe with Tempest is that only the initial hit of the spread shot can crit and not the remaining hits. But the special ability mows bosses.

If you play with teams and they do some puzzle or event do you still get the loot even if you are far away or need to be close to them?
You get the loot regardless, it does not matter where you are in the dungeon
The Q skill on the tempest takes 100 years to refill and feels crap....
It is a decent gun but her burst rifle has higher overall dps if you account for the poison being able to be permanent along with venom.
Going to go for a crit build with the long shot on Silo.

Rng from undercroft, look for globe-like interactables. Though I think it isn't shared between team, first come first serve.

Well first make sure the event is actually active, if the gates are down below or not - Because the Event can also just be ruins.

How so? This dmg is more than the arch storm
Arcstorm will never have the burst damage of Tempest, the weapon skill is just better for Damage Output

It work 100% for me - make sure to fire instead of using the reload button to activate it.

Small? Kinda look like a ball of fire? It's a passive from Niss and Kyros. Grab it to increase your ability power for a short time.
They are special buff orbs for the Arcanist Archetype - check your abilities tab for more info!

I have been running solar mutated dungeons for 2 days and only got 24/60 needed molten spectra

Yeah, I don’t think it’s bombs on single player. I think you need to play multiplayer for respond unless I’m very unlucky.
I play 90% Solo and I one-shot most enemies even above my level.
How does it compare to the only other shotgun in the game, Hellswarm?
Hellswarm is for more Ability Power Focused Builds!

Isn't the catch that you need to be mid or near range? Shotgun damage gets lower and lower the farther you are from the enemy.
Well it's more of the weapon playstyle than a catch - but I guess yeah if that's a con for someone.
Mid range is a catch when over half the weapons are melee?

Nah, weapons that deal a large amount of break damage are the best. Guns like this might be good solo, but overall, everyone should be trying to get that break dmg up.
Yeaaaaah, not really. Break Power caps early depending on the level you are and content you do, and not all resilience bar lowers your damage.
@@HDHaZmY just the fact that when you break the enemy it boosts everones dmg who is attacking it is enough for Break dmg to do more dmg. It isn't about how much the break dmg itself does, but how much overall dmg is does after you break an enemy. Yes, Break dmg becomes more important and it will be more important the higher we move up in party content difficulty where every enemy will have more shield hp and more hp in general. Of course having more solid weapon dmg is also important, but the faster you can break an enemy, the bonus dmg will overall stack more in the end than just weapon dmg that ignores the enemy shield. Math has already been done on this. I'm not just making it up. Also with just testing it myself, I went from 3 to 4 shotting an enemy at my level to just 2 shotting with just raising my break dmg up a little, which also brought my weapon dmg down. Breaking a the enemy will always lead to more dmg in the end. Even more then just ignoring their shield. And this does, again mean even more when your in a party and you break an enemy.
I have thoroughly tested MANY enemies and Guard Break does not increase your damage in all cases in fact they were in the large minority - so IF there's really math on it I'd love to see it and the proof about all this because it goes 100% against previous actual Game Experience.
