It's surprising that there's four replies and none of them explain this: they put an autotune on it as a prank to Matt, but then it ended up sounding good (to them at least) and they used it. It's barely noticeable to me except in one tiny part of the chorus and this ended up being my favorite song for like a month, as someone whose favorite song was changing every week back then.
this song is a prime example of how hard the rev carried this group on there shoulders listen to this with vocals and its immediately apparent how much the singer brings this band down I love syn just can't stand m shadows vocals in 90 percent of the songs
