@@orangeslash1667there’s a simple solution for that. Let us finish the levels without constant backtracking like they did in kazooie. That only happened 1 time so it was never a big issue. The point of a collecthathon is to go into a level and find everything. They kill the flow of that by making us have to wait 3-4 levels ahead for us to finish a previous level. There’s a reason why kazooie is universally loved.. and why Tooie & dk64 is a mixed bag
I played every banjo kazooie. I have to say. Banjo kazooie and Tooie are incredible. But nuts and bolts is also absolutely amazing. I would not hate it id say it could be one of the banjo games like the Gameboy games
Banjo was never met to continue. The original intention for Rare is to create an adventure game called Project Dream on the SNES, but it was moved to the N 64, it wasn't working for some reason. Mostly like because realistic games can be difficult to work on N 64, such as Golden Eye. So Project Dream became Banjo Kazooie. However now that the N 64 era has ended, Rare no longer needs the Banjo and Kazooie. Why, DK 64. People did not like the backtracking of that game, and while Banjo Tooie's backtracking isn't as bad. Rare might be worried that another Banjo game would suffer the same problems as DK 64 if not worse. It's sad but it's true, some of the greatest games exists because of hardware limitations. Thankfuly are Banjo like games such as Demon Turf Neon Splash, Hat in Time, and Tinykin.
@@adamk-paxlogan7330Sucks Rare had two ideas when making the next one. The first was remake of the first that acknowledges that it's a remake. After designing the first level, they started to second guess themselves and realized that it maybe too difficult. Plan B was Banjo vs Grunty, wherein an AI-controlled Gruntilda would interfere with the player's progress in a competition. However developing the sophisticated AI for Gruntry as also very difficult. Nuts and Bolts is plan C.
Smash ultimate was absolutely amazing for me. I remember when they were originally doing the smash ballot and I submitted for banjo & kazooie and I entered a description of their moves. When they were actually added years later, and a lot of the moves matched what I described I couldn't be happier. On top of that, I submitted for Krystal to be a fighter and to use her staff to pay tribute to Star Fox Adventure. Seeing her as an assist trophy using her staff was just as good in my eyes. Here's hoping Banjo gets to make a full comeback!
Super Mario Odyssey is a huge favorite for my 4 year old son. That said, my son also loves Banjo Kazooie and he would love a new Banjo Kazooie. I mean its my favorite game so my son may just be bias. Haha For new abilities I would love the mumbo transformation feature from the GBA game be out into a new Banjo Kazooie game.
I really don’t think Banjo Kazooie or Tooie need a remake because they still genuinely hold up but I would say the Crash Bandicoot model really showed a great example of how to get these ‘old’ games out and make people interested again and also bring in new fans. I don’t actually think Banjo is quite the star that Crash is but doing a remake release then follow it up with something like a brand new Banjo Threeie would be cool

It sure sucks being a conker game these days
The last time they "revived" conker they just made it substantially worse anyways. Don't give em any ideas.
