Ingredients:
• 5-6 Slices of Milk Bread/ White bread
To make custard powder mixture:
• 2-3 Tbsp custard powder/ Cornflour
• 50ml Milk
To make malai:
• 2 cups Milk
• 3-4 tbsp sugar or as required
• 2 Tbsp dry fruits, coarsely grounded
• Few strands of Saffron
• 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
To make Homemade mawa:
• 1 Cup Milk Powder
• ½ Cup or 100ml Full Fat Milk
• 1 ½ Tsp Butter
For Mawa Filling:
• Homemade Mawa
• 2 Tbsp dry fruits, coarsely grounded
• Green food color
For Garnishing:
• Few strands of saffron infused in rose water
• Chopped pistachio and almonds
• Silver leaf
