I'm a recovering addict with 4 months clean. I discovered ASMR about 2.5 months ago and your videos in particular have made my road to full recovery so much easier. I used to have a hard time falling and staying asleep along with restless legs and of course the occasional craving but ever since i started listening to your videos nightly & then multiple times daily I've been seeing such a difference. I fall asleep in 5 minutes, I'm more calm throughout the day & i don't even have half cravings i used to! Is it weird i think of ASMR as my new high? Lol. Have just come back to this video again, and STILL love it! Something really occurred to me this time though, and that's two words "safe" and "care". I think those are the primary reason that I watch ASMR videos, because I feel those elements are lacking in my own life; sad as that may sound. Ive been listening to asmr for years and im only now discovering this classic?? Yes im calling this video a classic because even the title doesnt say asmr yet, it says audio therapy, like holy smokes this is an og video and its an amazing one! Im so happy i felt the sudden urge for a scalp massage with gloves and it easily pop up searching just that.
Ahhh so many tingles from this video. Scalp massages are one of my favorite things and you're absolutely right about a loved one doing it - my mom does it and it always makes me feel safe. She and I live far from each other so thanks for giving me a little piece of that! Keep it up! :)

I've always seen those scalp massages videos but never actually tried them, but them I saw yours and thought "hey I should try it, I like his videos anyway, what could go wrong?" and then it turned to one of my favorite triggers!

i have never got real asmr just relaxation by these videos but the glove part at the beginning got me sooo damn close to gettin asmr. i can feel it, its tingling in my brain but not down my back. by far the closest i ve ever got to gettin acutal asmr
