Ridiculous request to remove hand dryers....stupid to think one passenger's issue should be an impact to an entire ship full of people, not to mention the cost to Carnival. Is the family going to pay for all the pre and post cruise modifications to the hand dryers or do they think the cruise line should pass the expense along to other passengers. People have lost their minds!
How ridiculous for someone to ask the cruise line to modify their ships. take your sweet child on a different vacation.
The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one.

The woman's request was entirely unreasonable. The cost to remove and remount the hand dryers would easily outweigh any profit the cruise line would make off her tickets. Providing sensory kits is already above and beyond.
Call the coastguard ans advise of coordinates and say hey they are THERE>>>
Sorry but there are times when the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. I wonder how many of these extreme requests are just a set up for a money grab lawsuit?
I need to take a cruise to Europe
I feel sorry for the woman and the noise canceling headphones should help. But what is next asking for all musical performances that can be heard in the passageways to be stopped?
Why feel sorry for her, she should plan better for her child. I plan for my families quirky needs, she can too.
I understand the sensory issue involved. But, people need to adapt to the world 🌎 around them, as impossible as it may seem sometimes. Southwest Airlines wasn't able to remove the rows of seats in front and back of me. I guess I'm fortunate that MY problem was only a 1st world issue and not health related.
Cruising may not be a good option for the child.. the request was unreasonable and costly. Take him to Disney
That request is to much they need to find another vacatio
The request was ridiculous. There could be many other trigger sounds. I have a friend whose son is autistic. I have seen him in great distress by the echo of his own voice when he yelled. It is sad, but some things are just impossible until we know more about autism.
What are the people in Amsterdam thinking. I would gladly welcome the people who take river cruises versus some of the other undesirables that are attracted to Amsterdam. In reports that I have seen people living in Amsterdam are concerned about those tourists that frequent the red light district and the drug users. Generally not the type of people that go on river cruises. Politicians that led these EU countries seem to be in the very low IQ range.
