Thank you!!! Sorry it took forever to respond haha I like to take a few days off from social media every now n then. Definitely give it a try. I've been trying to reduce my mousse-use, and foam has been a great substitute 🙌😊💜
Tried foam gel foam with the Giovanni foam in the past. Only problem was that the Giovanni foam is probably the only foam product out there that isn't made for heavy-handed people. 😂 Really wanna try the curlsmith foam now! It looks amazing on your hair and my hair is tolerating more protein in the summer so I'm this short to buying it😂
hahaha oh no! I didn't know that about the Giovanni foam, but I have heard great things about the brand. I love the Curlsmith foam! Not a lot of hold, but it's lightweight and has lovely ingredients. It wasn't my favorite product at first, but the more I used it the more I began to like it.
I loved UFD and used it all the time until I found out that I was having a severe allergic reaction to the high chamomile content. I was bummed, I had to stop using it. ;-( For my fine hair, UFD never weighed it down even if I was heavy handed with it and my curls were always great. I just saw an online a video of a lady who used only xanthan gum as a hair gel. It looked great. I think I might try that.
Oh no! I'm happy you realized what was causing your allergic reaction though. Do you think you developed this allergy due to this product, or do you think you always had this allergy and just didn't know? And yea I've heard of people using xanthan gum too! I see it often with diy gels in the natural hair community.
I used UFD religiously until I found out that I have a pretty severe allergy to the high chamomile content. It was my favorite. I have not found anything quit like it. For my very fine hair, I could go heavy with UFD and it never overpowered my hair. I need to find something else in place of it.
I dont know if you’ve tried it already but Kinky curly curling custard thinned out with water would give similar results and i dont believe theres chamomile in it. Its more expensive but you would use a lot less
Thank you! Curlsmith products and natural lighting help with the shine tehe. Hmmm I'm not too sure how this will look with straight hair. Who knows though. You might have some waves hidden in your hair lol see you tomorrow, Coco! 😊
Now I'm craving donuts 🍩👀🤤
Dude, your hair is looking so long and healthy and like?? yes 😌 amazing. I definitely want to try this out

The one thing is if you use too much of the Curlsmith foam your hair can get really dry. I need to use a leave-in with it or my hair feels like hay

This looks nice and shine.
