Meganado and DW-style roleplay messages - Tornado Survival: Terrible Cataclysm

So, I changed how TSTC's roleplay messages work a bit. They can now be seen after the warning plays and before the round actually starts. Inspired by Disaster Warning and that one controversial game I shouldn't talk about. I used Meganado for this.
