The video is nice, but a tip for the guy is to be careful how you hold your camera as your finger was in the screen for a large part of the video.
Yep agreed. unfortunately did not realise until it was too late to fix. all part of the learning curve.
You should at least be able to respect using proper sausages from the locality as opposed to the normal chip shop intestine sausage
