This was filmed at Clevelands House and Windermere House on Lake Rosseau. I worked at Cleves from 1988-91. Sadly, it's fallen into disrepair since the pandemic, and I believe it's slated to be torn down.
Can you imagine how Muskoka might grow becoming the biggest cottage town of them all. Better have a hospital, fire department, supermarket, thrift store, and police department if this cottage town grows bigger than Oshawa.
This brings back memories from my teens. I'm 66 now and always enjoyed going to Muskoka!
