Wish I would have seen your vdo few days ago, I throw away my old grinder that was having a short circuit issue, now I think it was much simpler than I thought.
I generally use 400 grit (NOT a file, I believe that he used a file simply because it had so much wear on the commutator bars), then finish it with 800-1200 so it’s super smooth. Always blow it off and clean between the commutator bars to remove any conducive debris, which will cause sparking or a short between the adjacent bars...
Saved me Rs. 900/- for repair. Cleaned the armature manually using sandpaper and isopropyl alcohol. Removed the debris in between the bars using safety pin. Worked like a Charm 😀 Thanks a ton 🙂

Bhaji 20-25 din pahle aapse es request ki thi ki jab hum isolator switch off karke grid supply (phase & neutral both) band kar dete hain toh inverter ki supply bina neutral ke kaise kam karti hai. Aapne reply dia tha ki es per main alag se video bnaunga. Jiske liye main daily notification dekhta hu. but abhi aapki video nahi aai hai. 2. Bhaji es request aur hai ki hand blander kam nahin kar rha jbki blad jam nahi hai aur motor bhi jali hui najar nahi aa rhi. na hi koi smell ( burning) aa rahi hai. almost new hai ab tak total 4-5 hours hi chali hogi. please guide fault kaise check kren. 3. Wish I would have seen your vdo few days ago, I throw away my old grinder that was having a short circuit issue, now I think it was much simpler than I thought.
I generally use 400 grit (NOT a file, I believe that he used a file simply because it had so much wear on the commutator bars), then finish it with 800-1200 so it’s super smooth. Always blow it off and clean between the commutator bars to remove any conducive debris, which will cause sparking or a short between the adjacent bars...

Saved me Rs. 900/- for repair. Cleaned the armature manually using sandpaper and isopropyl alcohol. Removed the debris in between the bars using safety pin. Worked like a Charm 😀

Clean between the commutator bars, then test using an ohmmeter to check for shorts. Just search commutator testing/ repair...

Sh. Sewak Singh ji sat shri akal. I am from Ludhiana.
1. Bhaji 20-25 din pahle aapse es request ki thi ki jab hum isolator switch off karke grid supply (phase & neutral both) band kar dete hain toh inverter ki supply bina neutral ke kaise kam karti hai. Aapne reply dia tha ki es per main alag se video bnaunga. Jiske liye main daily notification dekhta hu. but abhi aapki video nahi aai hai.
2. Bhaji es request aur hai ki hand blander kam nahin kar rha jbki blad jam nahi hai aur motor bhi jali hui najar nahi aa rhi. na hi koi smell ( burning) aa rahi hai. almost new hai ab tak total 4-5 hours hi chali hogi. please guide fault kaise check kren.
3. Bas bhaji es gl aur ki Car washer pump ki motor working hai per pani nahi utha rha please tell washer pump fault repair per koi aapki video hai.
