    Thank you very much for this enlightening vidoe. Will use it a lot in the future and also teach my students how to do this.
    Do you have a shortcut to write a variable as a vector, this means for a force a capital F with the vector arrow above the F ?

      I appreciate the kind comments 🙂 I do not know a shortcut to write a vector but I will look into it!

      @@GingerMathematician Found it in the mean time : "\vec" and twice the space bar :)

    • @koenhoedemaekers4285
      @koenhoedemaekers4285 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      More precisely : (abc)\vec and twice spacebar. After first spacebar it makes the vector arrow, after second spacebar the brackets disappear and the vector arrow is on the abc. You can replace abc with whatever expression you want.

    Thanks a lot, man. Really wanted to know the shortcut for the subscript, but found nothing when google searching, just useless things. You're the only one who actually helped, I appreciated it. Great vid.

    One of the difficulties I sometimes encounter is if I want to delete a term. It tends to select more than I want than deleting more than I want. Any ideas about that ?

    • @GingerMathematician
      @GingerMathematician  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I understand the issue. To delete a specific part of an equation without selecting more than you want, try these steps:
      Click at the beginning of the term you want to delete.
      Hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard.
      Click at the end of the term you want to delete.
      Release the "Shift" key.
      Press the "Delete" or "Backspace" key to remove the selected term.
      This should allow you to precisely delete the term you need without selecting extra parts 😊👍
