Oh my god. This is so sad and heartbreaking. I'm trying so hard not to cry at work. I thought it was probably the neighbor's dad that passed. I would have never imagined. Shame on them on having the kids take the chicken without giving them proper instructions on what to do and shame on the son for what he did. I'm so glad the grandpa was able to help in the end. How long must his soul have suffered. Truly, truly heartbreaking.
In the past few weeks this topic has stuck in my mind a lot. I have 5 grown up children and they each has their own personality now. I told myself not to expect too much from them, because at the end I may be the one that hurt the most. Some children may learn to love you in return, but some may just be like the son in the story that threw his dad away to die.
Omg this story is really sad😢.. I’m glad the shaman was able to help the spirit and the shaman family. Please do more of these story. Love it. Good work Leng Vang
Wow this story gave me a Demon Slayer type of vibes, especially towards the end. Overall love the new sound effects. Gave me goosebumps. Thanks for all the stories
Live it you're doing so well with all your stories. I like the end that you always came to conclusions that helps us know and likewise ✨️ it makes sense and certainly is very 😔. Great job Leng. 👍
Stories like this one makes me sympathize for the lost souls...humans can be cruel. This is the first time I heard about the tso dab in the mountain or walking backward. I love listening to your stories because you dont tell stories in a way that makes the other side seem so scary and threatening, which isn't, when we look at the picture from a bigger wider perspective.
So what does the chicken have to do with the neighbors? Were they the family that the shamen saw in the other realm. Were they the family that abandoned their father? Sorry I probably missed something
That ending was so unexpected and sad. How could his own child do that to him?? He must had been so scared and alone for so long and just wanted to go home to his family.
Great story brother Leng!! Glad I didn't have to wait for the answer about the shaman's quest. Very sad indeed. There's still so much more shaman stories I wanna. There are so much lost souls that can't find Christianity and they rely on the people with the power to send them back on the right path. Just like in Final Fantasy 10 when the summoner send the souls back to the farplane after world.
An unfortunate family probably migrate to Thailand and unknowingly crossed the path where the blind old man died and the spirit followed them. Eventually, they did a shaman ritual and got rid of the spirit. That’s my guess lol.
IDK if the Ghost in the basket is related to the family. A family would not just toss out there relatives or grandpa like that. But, A lost soul definitely.
This story remind me of kuv tais tug taisdlaab (my maternal grandma's sister-in-law). When kuv tais tug taisdlaab was on her deathbed, she kept on dying and not dying (tuag hab tsis tuag hab) even though her inner organs all stopped and her tongue came out. The elders knew something was not right and asked her a lot of personal questions but no reaction. Eventually a few hours later, i assume, one of the grandpa said, "Tijlaug, puas yog koj? Yog tas yog koj tes, xob ua le nuav, txhaab txhaab muag. (Brother/cousin, is it you? If it is, stop doing this)" After that, she die peacefully and when the funeral service is done, my uncle they uaneeb and according to the txivneeb, s/he said, “qhov kws koj nam ib sij tuag hab tsis tuag yog vim, koj txiv chim tas koj nam tso nwg tomqaab ibleeg tua huv haavzoov thaus tsiv nyaablaaj. (the reason your mother created that scene because your father was upset that she left him in the jungle dying during the time of fleeing from the communist viet and communist armies.)” The reason why she left him behind was because he was blind due to eating chicken heart when he was a little kid and was not aware what he was eating. Because of that, the wife had to make a hard decision to either take him with her or get the whole group killed because he is dragging the group behind. So i understand the pain and i hate it when you have to pick and choose but at that time its life and death like the elders said, “Pauv sav tuag." So gotta do what you can sadly.
Oh mind those hmong people they didn't tell you guys exactly what you supposed to do because they asked you guys to take the bad evil spirits away dropped off the bad evil spirits far away so when you dropped off you supposed saib some things to that chicken so those hmong people are not nice they didn't tell you what to do.

Can someone explain how did a Grandpa who was deceased back in Laos end up in America as one of those ghost?

@@LENGVANG I think you're right. Since, the grandpa didn't get a traditional burial and spirit release, he became a lost soul/ghost. Scary!
Awwwww
This was so creepy! Someone needs to make a short film of this story
Happy Halloween brother
So the spirit was the dad? The neighbor was the son? Great Channel!

@@paolee2730 Something like that is a curse for the son and Hmong back then were really evil.
Brother Leng cas koj lub suab yuav txawv ua luaj lawm na???? Los yog lwm tus neeg los tham dab neeg
He mentioned in a few videos before this one saying that he's a bit sick. That's why his voice sounds different lol

How sad this story is.
Not scary at all but very sad and cruel 😢 😞 😔.
