Great video. Straight to the point and informative with humor. Well done
Just finished the nuka world dlc and they do give you an opportunity to turn on and kill all of the raiders after finishing most of the quests with them. Changed the outcome completely
Considering i got the season pass on sale for $12 and get new content to add to my playthrough for me atleast its a win win..Fallout 4 for me is one of those games where the closer I get to the end of the story the more i dont want it to end..
Far harbor has the single worst mission ever though…. the memory mission.
Do not remind me ive had three saves bug out and had to complete it 4 times in too short a span of time to be sane
I recently got into fallout, so this is basically a buyers guide for me 😂
I just started replaying on PC due to the PC game pass, this was great since I’m considering buying the GOTY edition. Appreciated the vid
I liked nuka world more than far harbor tbh
Honest and good review
Robots are used as followers or guard settlers basically
Why do you have dogmeat and that goul guy as companions?
Is it because of not completing a specific mission? And that's why the other companion is still around or is it a DLC thing?
What's the reason? 🇩🇪✌🏻
Honestly, automatron was my most favorite DLC. Ever since I first played fallout for many years ago I had always wanted to beable to create an army of robots/machines that could protect my place, follow me, build/craft and design/customize my robots to my own preferences. ❤ it's like the devs read my mind and granted me my most wanted fallout desire/😇wish.
Would you recommend finishing the main story and levelling up before starting the additional content? I’m like level 25 and on my third play through of the base game and I just bought the season pass. I still have a fair bit of the main story to finish so will it spoil the story or will it be too high level if I just jump in now?
Definitely, every playthrough I do the main story and the side quests then I go through the dlcs
@@DumboJumbo thanks for replying man, yeah i'll take your advice and do it that way
The robots can do basically anything
Is it worth getting the game of the year edition of fallout 4? Or what dlc you recommend?
@Sup505 I only have $40 in my bank I don't have a job so I couldn't buy the game of the year edition
Sometimes I wonder why other than Far Harbour there was any DLC's made. Far Harbour is the only good one and I wasn't totally happy with the ending.
Nah i like all of the dlcs really but i dont spend time doing much in them other then like main stuff that it unlocks for you
Lol you struggling on that one wood tile is the reason I’m not buying the workshop dlcs lol
Nuka world gives an evil alter to the storyline
I get why he didn’t include the high resolution dlc but let’s be honest, It’s the worst DLC. It single-handedly adds 50+ gigabytes of nothing, along with destroying your fps
Pc exclusive, recorded this on console and had no idea that was a thing at the time
Are they free
u can get the goty edition for I beilieve $13 right now on steam which after the discount is off it will be $40 so right now is a good time to get it
Basically 1 good dlc but the rest are mid
I was going to Like until literally the last 5 seconds of this video. Bad decision. Thumbs down 👎
Honestly agreed with most of your picks! Fah Harbah being first is just a no-brainer, and I think Automatron over Nuka World is the right choice too. Few years back, I might have put Nuka World over Automatron, heck maybe over Fah Harbah as well. I mean the atmosphere alone in Nuka World is just so fun, and it really had so much potential, a theme park filled with ghouls, gators, and gorillas? Hello! I’m sold! But I feel Bethesda sort of dropped the ball when it came to player choice in the DLC. At Fallout 4’s launch, people complained that there was no real way to choose an “Evil” playthrough. And so, Bethesda’s response was a theme park filled with raiders, that hands you the position of Overboss immediately. Now, that alone isn’t a bad thing but for morally good characters, there’s gotta be some sort of in-depth and relatively lengthy quest to take down the raiders, right?
Nope.
It’s just one person telling you to kill all of the raider bosses, and once you do so, you miss out on a lot of in-game content. Every time I play Fallout 4, I play a morally good Minuteman character, without fail, and Nuka World just doesn’t have as much to offer as a result of the whole Evil only thing they’ve got going.
Regarding your last picks, I use Wasteland and Contraption fairly frequently in my settlements, I even plan on making a whole factory in the Mechanist’s Lair with Contraptions. But for me, the Vault-Tec workshop is sort of short and sweet. Sure the quest absolutely sucks, like really, really sucks, just boring really. I had more fun exploring the caverns than dealing with the Boohoo Barstow Overseer. But man, I really love the workshop pieces Bethesda provides the player. I always plan on building a huge sprawling vault in 88, but I normally mod my game into oblivion before I get there.
Nonetheless though, wonderful video! You made a lot of strong points and I really like your style, I made sure to like and subscribe. And regarding companion robots, I usually make them and have them be defense for my settlements, but they are quite good for on the road as well. If you add enough attachments and modifications, they can pack more punch, take more damage, and even carry far more junk in their trunk than any regular companion.
