If you’re having back problems I work at a chiropractors I don’t know if your doctors suggested one or not too you. But if you’re having disc issues a chiropractor can help.
I had a “failed” spinal surgery in 9/2014. So glad to hear dry needling has helped you with your pain. I have become disabled due to my back issues that have progressed with time, affecting mobility, and really all aspects of life....I don’t wish this upon anyone. For anyone reading this with spinal issues, please get many opinions prior to having fusion surgery. Who knows, I may still be wheelchair bound outside the home if I hadn’t had surgery, we don’t know. (I can walk 15-20 ft at most). I just wish I had gotten more than 2 opinions prior to my L4-S1 fusion. Now I have disc deterioration, severe stenosis of the discs above my surgery site. Neuropathy causing numbness and instability of my lower extremities. Sending all the best, thank you to anyone who read this! Take care all! Heating pad is now in my amazon cart! I am so sorry for your suffering. (I also have serious back problems.) If you haven't tried acupuncture, please consider it. It is not a cure, but a method of pain management. Depending on where you live, a practitioner who trained in China would be preferable. Some insurance plans cover it.

Another thing you might wanna add to the back care regimen is a foam roller, if you don’t already. I lay it across my mid back (shoulder blade to shoulder blade) and gently lay back over it. It has been a total game changer for me w low back pain & posture. (I also saw a chiropractor talking about this & said basically that it helps bc mobilizing the mid back takes stress off low back, so you don’t have an much deterioration. Since we sit, apparently most peoples mid spines are totally locked up.)

My daughter runs in the other room everytime i light a candle with it and i thought it was just her being dramatic!! I never hear it enough to bother me. So i thought it was just her lol!! Your actually supposed to have them expressed every so often by your groomer. This is an actual service they offer if you ask for an @n@l expression. I get it on both my dogs and no more issues, they don’t drag their butts on my floor anymore either which is a big sign it’s time. Hope this helps someone with fur babies. I wish someone would have shared that with me, it could have saved my babies from some major discomfort 👍🏻

Do the car fans work while plugged in? Do they use a micro USB cord? If the answer is yes to both of these then you could leave them plugged in during use. You just need a couple cheapo long charging cords. And if you don't have enough cigarette lighter ports, you can get a charging end with more than one USB port, or even buy a splitter that will give you more than one cigarette lighter outlet. I will probably get one if the answer to both questions is yes
If there's a Spouts near you, you should try their hats, they have some nice visor ones around $25 and it much sturdier. There's some cute ones and better quality. Love the versatile cake stand.
No driving takes place while using that tray! The steering wheel won’t even move while it’s attached so that’s impossible! It’s for eating/doing work while stopped, but still in your car like if you’re in between meetings or errands, etc.
This is great for when I need to grab something to eat with the kids. We dont ever go into a restaurant and eat (most all of the restaurants in our area are still closed to sit in diners because of the illness)...so I can stop and get something and sit and eat in the car with my kids. It's also nice to have for them to lay a little book on and read. My kids tend to get carsick, though so we don't read in the car that often...but it's great if we are on a little trip if we stop and my little one wants to look at a favorite book or color or have a little something to eat.
