there's something I must clarify here :
Obito's Kamui is actually way stronger than most people think. The only thing it couldn't counter was Naruto's talk no jutsu. The writer had to nerf him due to "emotions" and being linked to the tailed beasts at the same time as Naruto so that he can lose the argument against him in another dimension... that's the only plot on how they managed to win against him. You gotta understand how strong Kakashi was for those few minutes against Kaguya with both Obito's sharingans. He can go through any object, and teleport objects just by looking at them. If Ishiki's dojutsu is n°2 on your list, then the only dojutsu that could rival it is actually Obito's. Ishiki brings his rods and toys from another dimension and shrinks them. Obito can literally go to that dimension, think about it...
The author honestly appreciated, in this case, I can also say that you completely underestimate Sasuke's rinnegan, in fact, it should be higher than the golden rinnegan and urashiki rinnegan and isshiki dōjutsu, bruh, just imagine you have the power to genjutsu 9 tailed beasts with one gaze and the ability to use Susanoo as a vessel for tailed creatures, and you can affect space-time continuums and completely switch places with anyone or anything, and you can see through the invisible or intangible, Kamui is overrated, especially when it comes to Kakashi who does not own it better than Obito, Sasuke can stupidly go out of Kamui's dimension through his bruh portal, in fact, Kamui does not seal anyone into some kind of void, but simply throws into Kamui's dimensions, this technique is useless against users like Sasuke, who can use the portal at least 3-4 times.

technically the Tenseigan is stronger than the Rinnegan, according to feats and the data books. The tenseigan could make an infinite supply of truth-seeking orbs and had unlimited chakra, even when it wasn't fully developed it could split the moon in half and go toe to toe with kcm+SPSM naruto longer than even a dual rinnegan Tentails amped Madara let alone what he could do to an adult Nagato. Hell, the tenseigan has all the powers of the rinnegan already and then some.

The Rinnegan doesn't give truth-seeking orbs, the only way Naruto, Madara, Obito, and Hagaromo had them was from the tentails and they only had 8 in total. They could not make more, if they were destroyed they stayed destroyed. The truth-seeking orbs were one-hit kill and could negate all ninjutsu, Senjutsu, etc.
Meanwhile, the Tenseigan could make over 12 Truthseeking orbs and then make them replicate themselves and launch at their opponents as if they were ki blast. The Tenseigan had other abilities but they were mostly quality of life abilities (it was only used in one movie and Kishimoto from my knowledge never dived into it again, so it's kind of like a filler Dojutsu that never got fully fleshed out).

P.S. if Sasuke hadn’t awaken his Three Tomoe Sharingan at the end of his and Naruto’s fight, Sasuke would be at Konoha and never have made it to Orochimaru.
So its confirmed that Madara has the strongest dojutsu combination ever. Outside of the Jougan which we haven't really seen in action.

I agree that Byakugan is more powerful than 3 tomoe sharingan but it's power is so much strong and pure that it takes thousands of years to master it hence no Human has ever managed to use it at its full potential but the ohtsutsukis can use it ( my theory )
I don't agree with two placements , 1st ketsuryugan should be lower than 3 tomoe sharingan as it's clearly stated that uchiha's sharingan was stronger than ketsuryugan hence uchiha's wer used to fight against them . 2nd Tenseigan should be higher than Rinnegan.

If I chose my combination of mangekyou techniques, it would be kamui and tsukuyomi. I wanted Shisui's genjutsu abilities more, but I think he needs both eyes to have full access to his crazy techniques. Imagine being able to just kamui your face in front of a strong enemy out of nowhere, casting tsukuyomi on them, and then just leaving without even fully being present. It's pretty much impossible to react to. You'd be able to convince people to avoid conflicts or really anything you want.

I agree with the byakugan one, it was confirmed that the byakugan was inspired by the "eyes that have seen a nuclear bomb" where a place in japan was bombed and the people who saw it from nearby got their eyes weakened and it also turned white. that's why kishimoto decided to make the byakugan one of the strongest dojutsu
Dojustu in a whole are also based off a I belive novel, the novel was about 2 shinobi clans that have been fighting for generations using selective breeding to have members with eye powers

It is said that the jougan is a combination of the three great dojutsu (Sharingan, Byakugan and Rinnegan). For example it can predict movement a little like the Sharingan (probably could be enhanced with training like the Sharingan), it can also see chakra flow and path like the byakugan and we don't know how it is similar to the Rinnegan yet. Little is known about this eye since we have only seen it or Boruto Uzumaki and he can't activate it at will and only used it twice or three to four times. This eye will be the strongest eye in the verse and I can't wait to see how strong it is.

If borutos Jogan (when he learns to control it) is over twice the power of sasukes rinnegan, and sasukes rinnegan puts him on the same (or similar) level as naruto, why were they nerfed in order for the younger generation to surpass them? And I’m pretty sure sarada will get buffed as well in order to be the same level as boruto (if its meant to have a similar story to that of naruto and sasuke) and then powerful enough to be on kage level (because she wants to be hokage). I think three tomue sharingon is better then the byaukugon mainly because the sharingon is able to see movements decently into the future and allows you to use one of the most op justus the chidori but the byaukugon doesn’t allow you to use chidori, but it does allow you to use the twin lion fist but also with the sharingon you can use pretty good genjustu and better tyjustu witch can come in clutch if you need it to but I see your point with the byaukugon because of the fact that you can see chakra networks and I completely agree if it’s kaguass byaukugon that it would win against the three tomue sharingon but any other I think that the sharingon would pull it off but that’s just me.

Sasuke’s ems is stronger than Madara’s ems. We have not seen any abilities from it that Sasuke’s couldn’t do and the time ninjutsu is not a confirmed ability of Madara’s ems. Sasuke’s has better abilities.
