You should always use kuth sword + tali when fighting more than one mob on DT, it's a massive boost. Also rotate life leech to always keep zone of gluttony up (it's a big aoe dps boost, crits, and heals you a lot). And soul barrier can be a big drain sometimes so just make a hotkey to turn it on/off as needed during your adventures. And sweep and mind wrack (the stun) are aoe combos that become huge with ferocity, they are 100% worth using for this kind of stuff too (but bad for aggro in dungeons/raids ofc)
Covenant of pestilence (don't need to feat it) is also potentially good for aoe on massive pulls, as long as mobs are doing white hits on you it'll trigger a big aoe around you. I didn't test it much, but probably best for solo Kuth until you reach a boss/miniboss.
