    ఆరోగ్యం గురించి మంచి విషయాలు చెబుతున్నందుకు నా హృదయపూర్వక అభినందనలు!. సార్ గారు మీరు గతంలో చెప్పిన బక విషయం. ఉదయాన్నే రెండు సార్లు motions వెళ్తే చెమట కూడా smells రాదు అని మీరు చెప్పిన విషయం పాటించాను ఉదయాన్నే రెండున్నర లేదా మూడు లీటర్ల నీరు త్రాగి ఒక సారి వెళ్ళిన తర్వాత రెండవసారి కూడా motion అయ్యకే ముఖం అడుక్కొవటం గానీ స్నానం చేయటానికి వెళ్తున్నాను. మీరు చెప్పిన విషయం చాలా బాగుంది సార్. ఇన్ని రోజులు ఇలాంటి విషయాలు చెప్పేవారు లేరు. మీరు చెప్పే విషయాల ద్వారా ఆరోగ్యాన్ని కాపాడుకోవడం ఏలానొ తెలుసుకుంటున్నాము. సార్ మీకు మా హృదయపూర్వక ధన్యవాదాలు!.

    నేను 79 పడిలో వున్నాను .2015 వరకురోజుకొక పెట్టెచొప్పున (14.7.2015) పీల్చేవాడిని.డాక్టరు సలహ మేరకు మానివేశాను.కాని గత మూడు సంవత్సరములుగా ఆయాసము రావడము మొదలైంది..గుండెలో ఏలోపములేదన్నారు.ఊపిరి తిత్తులు చాలావరకు మూసుకపోయాయన్నారు.25 మాత్రమే ఊపిరి తిత్తులకు వస్తరించే శక్తివుంది జాగ్రత్తగుండమన్నారు.బీపి షుగరున్నా ,అదుపులోనే వున్నవి.రోజుకు ఆరు గంటలు నిదరపోతాను.ఇతరత్రా రుగ్మతలు ఏమీలేవు.కాని పది గజాలు నడిచినా విపరీతమైన ఆయాసమొస్తుంది.వయస్సు ప్రభావమని ఇంట్లో విశ్రాంతి తీసికొనుచున్నాను.ప్రాణాయానములో నలబై సెకండ్లవరకు ఊపిరి పట్టగలను.మీదృష్టికి తీసికొస్తున్నాను.
