    • The main ingredient must be organic tempeh, and the entire recipe must be vegan
    • You must be able to plate 5 servings within 90 minutes
    • Your workstation will have 2 induction burners
    • You can execute this recipe with excellence in these areas: organization, cooking skill, culinary technique, presentation, and taste
