Knife is small shorter than the grip made to not broke ,pliers are good but not fat for strong hold i think must have replaceable bit type screwdriver in most of these even with extender + wire type cutters btw bottle opener is useless when you have pliers haha

My pleasure. I think if it is around $10 I'd recommend it.

I don't agree with your calling the Leatherman Bond the ''lowest end''. It's basically a non-locking Rebar, minus serrated blade and wood saw, and minus the replaceable wire cutters, since it has the OG Wave pliers head. The construction and all the tools are rock solid.
In fact I'd go further than that, the Bond, along with the Rebar and Supertool 300, are the ONLY Leatherman multitools with fully profiled Phillips drivers, I refuse to call it ''3D'' as if that's something special because of course a Phillips driver should be 3D.
The Rev, Wingman and Sidekick are probably the lower end Leathermans but also the premium priced Free Series have those crappy 2D Phillips drivers as well. As to the LM bits, those are half bits, not full bits and not really much good.

@@namename1 The only electrician safe tools I trust are not just those designated as VDE approved, but those which are actually made in Germany. Hence my VDE screwdrivers are all CK tools (old made in Germany stock), Felo and Wiha. Those are designated as safe up to 1000V but in fact have been tested up to 10,000V.

@@namename1 Your other comment about LM quality has disappeared from this thread but it's in my notifications. I agree that almost any dedicated tool is way stronger than even the best Leatherman. Also you can buy the equivalent dedicated tools in a good quality (made in Europe or USA) for the same as, or less than a Leatherman. LMs are just a portable compact last resort for when you aren't carrying dedicated tools.

Not gonna lie. I use mine harder than any of my Leathermans or Gerbers and it’s still kicking. I guess it’s because of the price but for $20… way better deal than any Gerber or Leatherman and the one I got is just as well built.

Yes, not horrible for $20 but the amazon basic one is better.

had one of these for a long time. review seems kind of nit picky. you're expecting a lot out of a $19 multitool. that amazon multi tool will fall apart after a year of work.

We are paying $10 for the brand. The $9 tool work better. Honest opinion.

Very clumsy, scary to watch you handle the tool

Worst review I have seen in a long time... not really a review as you haven't had it long enough... first impressions maybe... I have one of these and my one works perfectly, find it just as easy to open as a few other multitools I have including a couple of leatherman's... just tested the scissors they work fine... bit nit picky especially for the price of it... I can say the same thing with some of tools on my Leatherman...

sounds good thanks for your feedback! For $10~ $15 I would recommend the Amazon Basics multitool. It has a much better build quality and easier to use. That's why I think the DeWALT one is a poor value.
