This isnt the starting checkpoint, you have to hit the drums to bring the ships in too..

For some reason the area before this is so glitchy for me when o try to spawn at the last area. No ships showing, and a lot of platforms missing as well

i'm sure you got it by now but just commenting for any future ppl having this issue, you have to hit the drums that are on top of each of the islands, then you can continue forward
