Great video but still a bit on the fast side. Anybody who is finding the host is leaving them behind fret not, in the bottom right there is a gear/cog/toothed wheel in the bottom right, left click it with your index finger to open the settings menu, navigate to the speed setting, .75 is a good option for beginners but if you still struggling just try .50.
