    Agreed. I would pull out and feed first thing in the morning. A few minutes. Then in a few hours I'd mix the bread, about 10 minutes, then do something else like fold the laundry and come back and stretch and fold. Do some dishes, stretch and fold and so on. If you can fit 5 minutes here and there in your day, you can do it. Before bed I'd put it in loaf shape and put in the fridge over night and in the morning pop it in the oven. I'd make Mondays bread day and make enough for the week. It's worth noting, I could never figure out sourdough until I found this channel. Lisa has a way of making it make sense and be simple enough for even me to learn! I literally tried and failed for a year before I found Farmhouse on Boone. I felt like you had to have a chemistry degree to figure this thing out, lol. Thank you Lisa! ❤

    I agree! It started as an all day thing for me, but the more you do it, the more confident you become and less of a big deal it is. Now it’s more convenient to bake sourdough at home than it is to go out shopping to buy bread in between our big bulk shopping trips!
