I see a marked difference in the drone's movement....experience and use will help but I suspect you're more confident also...this vid looked "free-er"...lol
Great footage will! Some clips you can see a flickering effect. This is caused by the shadow of the props hitting the go pro. You can fix this by making a little sun shade to cover the top of the lense.
wonderful job, Will. I especially like the San Francisco shot that shifts up to see the Golden gate bridge in the background. Was that Red Rock Canyon near Las Vegas?
Hi Will, greetings and happy 2015 wishes from the Netherands. Great video. I've been following your Channel. Got the same Drone (and the same prop gaurds :). I'm kind of hoping you will make a video with battery reviews and upgrades. I started a while ago with Zippy 2800mah flight maxs from hobbyking. Now i've ordered the Big Battery Door upgrade (eBay, German seller) but it's also available from shapeways. And i'm waiting for hobbyking restocking the Multistar 4000 and 5200 mah 10c batteries. Thanks in advance for a video about this topic.
Hi Will. I need to ask you a question. I have a computer that I use for video editing, with the following specifications: an i7-4790k Quad Core processor @ 4.00GHz, 16 GB DDR3 Memory @ 1600MHz, an NVIDIA GTX GeForce 770 with 2GB RAM, 240GB SSD for Windows and programs, and a 3TB HDD. When I am editing in Premiere, I tend to use Play Forward, and Play Backward quite a lot. Usually with Full HD footage, the Play Backward don't play in real-time, even with 1/2 and 1/4 playback resolutions. It is not much of a big issue, since this problem disappears if I render the timeline, but if there is something that I can upgrade in my system to avoid having to render the timeline to be able to fix this issue, I will be willing to do so. What do you suggest?? I can easily upgrade the memory, since I have two additional slots that will take my memory up to 32GB
Really liked the video, some shots were amazing. I just feel like you could've color graded to make the colors pop a bit more, I just feel like it was a bit dull. But keep it up!
Great video. I just made a 21 stated motorcycle tour and would have loved to have videoed it from above. Next time I guess. Keep it up. Pun intended. Ted
These shots weren't even possible without, what, $100,000 of equipment and rentals before. This is magnificent in it's simplicity and ease of creation. The technology isn't perfect, either, but for a common person to be able to create it and distribute it to the world is simply amazing. Go outside once in a while.
I have to say that looking at the reel of Music Media Group / Directed by Davo , ***** 's looks far better. Ignoring the occasional visible props, there is far less wobble in all of the shots and they look far better thought out with better colour and processing. Also, what's wrong with a bit of fisheye?
Some of these shots had my jaw dropping. Excellent work.
Beautiful variety video.
Awesome! Been wondering when you would release some of the drone videos.
Really excellent. I love it.
Great shots!
good job, nice editing, cool choice of music.
real nice editing......steady as she goes smooth too............

TIP: render in a higher bit rate

Flicker, Fish eye, Props, Wobble. Not meaning to be picky here, but YOU called it a "reel". This is a kid with a Phantom.
