I like to thin that when a collector has had enough of their current dimension and wants to go to another they have to go through a sort of 'prestige' process, which results in them being sent back to zero power and they are disassembled so they can be sent to another dimension to conquer it. But mine is malfunctioned, he cant fully copy things and lost a lot of his personality.

It was called"Hero factory". It started in 2010 and its run ended in 2014, it was meant to be a successor to the famous Bionicle product IP by lego. But yes, they are very fun, and great to animate with :D
Years of collecting and buying sets, so many people have asked what they are/where to get them They are 'Hero factory' parts and you could propbs just search it up and find a good way to buy em.
Either Bricklink (an online lego part/set delivery website.) or go on ebay and try find sales of peoples collections, specifically 'Hero Factory" stuff. Hope this helps.
