Good demo of the Convoy M21F. Its color temperature appears to be much cooler, natural white than the advertised 4000K. Its more like between 5000-6300K to my eyes. Many of the flashlight videos of 4000K lights that I have watched looked yellowish white to me. Sometimes I do wonder whether the label on the box that says the color temperature is correct. 🤔 Hope to see you compare this against other XHP 70.3 HI based flashlights like the Wurkkos TS23, TS22 and the Sofirn SC33!
There's a reason for this! Simon from convoy has a really good bin (5D) only in the 4000K. It makes the light look really pretty when it has a bit of magenta. If you look at the white buildings, it's still creamy yellow, but everything else is popping.
@@Optiblue Thanks for your input! I've heard of binning in the CPU and GPU manufacturing industry, but I didn't know that binning also applies to LEDs. I've always thought that all the production batches are pretty much uniform when it comes to the actual CCT values. I guess the quality of the "bin" can also affect the retail price of the flashlight.
I also seen this difference, i was thinking i am watching a 5700K version here 😅 but it's a 4000k wow, i even watched this video on 2 different phones and my Samsung tv to be sure my eyes are ok 😅. Is the xhp70.3 Hi (cri9050) 5700K a good LED? I like it more cooler but not as cool like the sft40 is blueish. I think i wanna get a 70.3hi (high cri) 5700k.

Hello sir. M21H uses high cri led so it's not as powerful as M21F. But I like the beam of M21H more. Its spill can cover you feet when walking which can give more eye comfort. Thanks for watching and your support sir 😊🙏.
@@weerapatkiatdumrong you say the M21H has more spill but looking at your pictures and videos the M21F has more spill. I have a M21H too and while I do like the beam, it doesn't have as much spill as my reflector lens flashlights.
