As a teenager in the 80s its interesting to see how many of these young people know the songs from that decade. They didn't do too badly, I think I'd struggle naming some of the artists around today.
@@GinEric84 not all of it. Just 90% of what they're actually going to play on the radio.😉 for good current music you need to find the independent artist

1 - Summer of 69, according to Bryan Adams, has nothing to do with the year, if you know what I mean ;) 2 - Mr. Roboto has a grandiose cover version by Jeffster. It really defines what covers should aspire to be.
T'Pau, Animotion, Depeche Mode, OMD, Ready For The World, Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Corey Hart, INXS, Missing Person, Peter Gabriel, Samanth Fox, Romeo Void, Tears For Fears, ZZ Top
It's so weird that they didn't know Madonna sang Material Girl. She was literally referred to as the material girl all after that song all throughout her career
I wish they would have done a trivia fact: Summer of 69 isn't referring to the year 1969. In 1969, Bryan Adams would have been a 9 year old. He's referring to something else (pretty much what everyone thinks when you say 69).
Eric is clearly a very expressive person and judging from the comments section, the fans are eating it up. He's been a good soldier for FBE - a highly entertaining and fun personality for viewers, and a solid worker in his more technical job on the computer, it's time to give him a reward. You guys need to get a piano and a piano lesson teacher for him ASAP. We need to see Eric playing well within the next three weeks, before the fans lose interest. I'm sure Eric would love it.
Here’s some 80s songs for the next one I would like to see them react to: Heat of the Moment by Asia Down Under by Men at Work Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears for Fears Jump by Van Halen Take It on the Run by REO Speedwagon
Depeche Mode- Strangelove/Enjoy the Silence New Order-Blue Monday/Bizarre Love Triangle Two insanely massive bands that have yet to be covered in your 80’s or even 90’s!
Man Styx were so diverse in their music. From Mr Robato which is so theatrical and synthpop like to the beautiful ballad Babe, Best of Times & Fooling Yourself then to harder edged hard rock like Renegade then to the epic Queen of Spades & Suite Madam Blue. They could really change their style of music & still sound awesome!
Why does rarely anyone know who Bryan Adams is... Also PLEASE DO SOME RICHARD MARX songs in the next 80s episode. Preferably Right Here Waiting or Endless Summer Nights
They should know Bryan Adams. They should NOT know Richard Marx. I know communist Dickie mostly because he was around when I was growing up, and his hellish aural concoctions were inescapable for at least a few weeks in 1989. If you weren't listening to him, your neighbor certainly was. And it was torture. You have no right to remind people of his existence, Miss Nerd.
Take on me by a-ha Your Love by The Outfield Don’t you want me by The Human League Take my breath away by Berlin Love is a battlefield by Pat Benatar Shout by Tears for Fears Boys of Summer by Don Henley
Brandon is a trip. I genuinely want to hangout with him. But of course I’m old enough to be his dad so I’m going to just go back and sit in my rocking chair. 😐
You need to do a react episode to Bryan Adams, this is twice now you have had a song by him on a React recently and no one knows who he is. So many hits, and so many from movies.
I mean, Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman from Don Juan, All For One from Three Musketeers, plus all of his others, I have his anthology album, love it!!

React to:
Africa by Toto
Take On Me by a-ha
Our House by Madness
We Built This City by Starship
One Vision by Queen
Bro you are making me sing all of those songs in my head during this quarantine
We built this city on rock and rooooooooolllll
This episode would be epic
A man of culture lol
Take on me was already in one
music was so freaking dope back in the day.
PrincessRiners fr😁👍🏼👌👏👏
Awesome, yes, but “dope”? No
It's still freaking dope
I wish there was more music like 80's music today
Only one knew who Bryan Adams is, that's sad :(
Eric! You just saved the Colledge Kids' honor by knowing it was Bryan Adams.
At some point you have to do "Africa" by Toto.
Toto is the best
Don't you mean Toto by Africa, ametuer
Adam Tokaryk Toto is the name of the band, not a song
Eric dancing to Mr Roboto is now another reason way he’s one of my favorite reactors 🤣👍🏼
....how have these people never heard Summer of '69?? WHAT ROCK ARE YOU LIVING UNDER?!
How in the hell did three of those kids not equate Madonna with "Material Girl"? I mean, that's her friggin' nickname!
That's not as bad as only three people knowing that sweet child o mine is by guns n roses
Because no one listens to madonna anymore I hadn't heard of her until last year
To not know of Bryan Adams is a frickin' tragedy.
Is not.
Tell me about it I was screaming in my head Bryan Adams! BRYAN ADAMS!!!!!!
Bryan Adams is great!
Everything I do (I do it for you) now there’s a true BA classic
Every Canadian is screaming
How do you not know Summer of 69 ????? Or Bryan Adams ?????
zok inus I totally agree
As a teenager in the 80s its interesting to see how many of these young people know the songs from that decade. They didn't do too badly, I think I'd struggle naming some of the artists around today.
That's because today's music is terrible and insult to the very concept of a musician

I love when Eric sings!
"This is from the Lizzie McGuire Movie" *bury face into my hands*
Timothy Riel That quote was inevitable!!,
She ain't wrong, though. But it was a cover. But it did made me facepalm.
No Depeche Mode still. 😔
Spin Me Round was a blast, though.
I'm 14 and I new all these songs ..... HOW DO U NOT KNOW WHO BRYAN ADAMS IS?!?!??
+kaylie woods or Blondie like ... 🙅🏽🙎🏽🙍🏽👊🏽
Kjube wallace everyone have different taste in music. Maybe that's why.
You've never heard summer of '69" before? You never heard Mr. Roboto before either? The pink haired girl lives under a rock.
She also said Madonna was such an icon but didn't even know the Material Girl lol.
Summer of '69 is my favorite song ever!
*Judges person based on not knowing two songs from the 80's*
Alright...What are you talking about?
DEPECHE MODE!! And Pet Shop Boys. And Madness and Men at work.
T'Pau, Animotion, Depeche Mode, OMD, Ready For The World, Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Corey Hart, INXS, Missing Person, Peter Gabriel, Samanth Fox, Romeo Void, Tears For Fears, ZZ Top
It was sad that these kids had trouble with Summer of 69
It's so weird that they didn't know Madonna sang Material Girl. She was literally referred to as the material girl all after that song all throughout her career
CAUSE WE ARE LIVINGGG IN A MATERIAL WORLDDDD
EVERY time i hear Adele start singing Hello I start jamming out to Lionel Richie's version lol
Music education should be a class in school lol
*This is from the Lizzie Maguire movie* LMAO
Elaine Gilmartin the atomic kitten version. Though she must of still been very young when it was released.

The 80's had a lot of variety.
HOW do you not know Summer of 69 AND Bryan Adams?!
Eurovision songcontest is soon, and maybe it is fun to do a do they know it with popular Eurovision songs
they not going to get it cause they dont pay attention to that. but they can do a react to this year's show like they did last year
serenityq26 I second that

Please. Kenny Loggins. I’m going to keep requesting him on these 80’s do they know it until you use him.
I'm so happy I was born in the 80's. Such great music! :)
Sad they didn't knew Bryan Adams
During ‘You Spin Me Right Round’ literally the most 80s sounding song ever... “is this an 80s song?”......
Sam Dilks exactly what I was thinking 🙄
Nah, take on me is the most 80s sounding song ever
He prolly meant that theres so many covers of it
"She's an icon in 80's music". LOL! She's an ICON. Period.
Kennedy is both lovely and intelligent. A rare creature.
Spin me round its like one of my favorite all time 80's songs.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again Tom and Eric are 2 of the best guys on react ugh love them! 💜💜👏🏻
I'm glad to see a legend like Bryan Adams is getting the recognition he deserves.
lol, i hear Bryan Adams all the time on the radio, cuz the station i listen to plays 3 of his songs
Summer of 69 is the first song I ever remembered hearing. Like, if I think back to the very first song I ever heard in my life, that one is it.
How can you not have heard Summer of 69??
i adore Tom. He's just so funny and sweet.

When none of them knew Bryan Adams except for one I almost choked
Here’s some 80s songs for the next one I would like to see them react to:

80's...Best decade ever in many ways...Optimism,fun,joy...Maybe because I was teenager back then...From 44 uncle kids, hehe
Oh wow, all of you guys need to start listening to old music. You don’t actually know how lucky you are that you have a major music era to listen to.

No tears for fears?
Bill Bryant EVERYONE WANTS TO RULE THE WORLD!
I like shout more personally. Or mad world
You spin me around was the first song I heard at my new boyfriend's house when I was meeting his Air Force buddies in September 1985.

Styx was my first concert a few months ago, they played with Loverboy and Reo Speedwagon both of which have never been in react videos
Still one of my all-time favorite bands.
