i had the same issue! try pressing "convert to a smart object" and it should work

If it is grey, that means it is already rasterized!

It's probably "hidden" under the object selection tool. Right click on the object selection tool and it will show hidden tools.

May I suggest something, you may get more subs if you do (for example) #photopea when it says tags in the edit. It's due to TH-cam's interface analytics that it will suddenly put your video very near the top, meaning you get more views. Also, if you include a thumbnail and a end screen, it will make your videos look more professional. When doing this, I do suggest Canva which is a great free source enabling you to create these awesome videos!!!
By the by, this video was fab purely on the bases that we are doing Photoshop in school, but at home I use Photopea so this was really helpful!
