African Flying Safari | Exploring Tanzania [Zanzibar to Arusha] ~

- This 'Flying Safari' has been one of my most exciting adventures in Africa. I took a small chartered flight from Zanzibar (ZNZ) to reach Arusha (ARK) in the mainland of Tanzania. This flight took me over the sky and made me feel like a bird. I had an amazing experience with the flight operator 'Air Excel' www.airexcelonline.com/en followed by an exciting trip organized by 'Wanyama African Safari' wanyamaafricansafari.com from Arusha. They took me to the base-camp at Lake Manyara; I staying in an adventurous tent set up in the middle of the African forest. Lake Manyara is the seventh-largest lake of Tanzania by surface area. Lake Manyara National Park is a protected area in Tanzania's Arusha and Manyara Regions, situated between Lake Manyara and the Great Rift Valley. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is a protected World Heritage Site in the #Crater Highlands area of Tanzania. The area is named after Ngorongoro Crater, a large volcanic caldera within the area.
#Tarangire #NationalPark:
Tarangire National Park is a national park in Tanzania's Manyara Region. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. The Tarangire Ecosystem is defined by the long-distance migration of wildebeest and zebras. During the dry season thousands of animals concentrate in Tarangire National Park from the surrounding wet-season dispersal and calving areas.
