Cricuts are a bit loud too. I personally have only ever owed cricuts, But I have noticed a bunch of people in their studio vlogs that make a lot of their own like sticker sheets and bookmarks and thank you cards and whatnot that use the silhouette cameo and it’s made me wonder if I should get one too. I almost wonder if it’ll be good to have a cricut and a silhouette. I have seen some studio Vlogs where people have both or some prefer one over the other. I couldn’t tell you which one is better… But I have always enjoyed my cricut, and I’ve made a lot of things with them over the years. I recently in the last year, bought the actual cricut maker, and I haven’t done so much with that… But I did have the original cricut many years ago and the cricut explore or explore 2 and they worked well for what I was doing. I did a lot of paper crafts and scrapbooking stuff years ago and I hope that the cricut maker that I have now can keep up with me making vinyl decals and stickers and note cards and stuff. We shall see. I have purchased a bunch of permanent adhesive vinyl from 143 vinyl and the prices are freaking phenomenal. I definitely recommend them. I probably bought 50 different colors in 12 x 24“ sheets and paid like less than $80 for them last year when they were having a sale, as well as a big roll of transfer tape. I don’t think that people need to necessarily spend their money on brand name vinyl because it can be so much more expensive and the vinyl from 143 vinyl is very highly rated. they have removable vinyl and heat transfer vinyl and Permanent adhesive vinyl. They also have glitter vinyl as well. Definitely gonna utilize what I have to make clear cup designs in the near future.
