there is no copyright on the song anymore as the official copyright states that it will only last 25 years unless rerecorded etc, so they have free rights to the song as does any other person interested in using it

The intro is a piece called O Fortuna by Carl Orff. It's one of the most epic symphonic pieces in existence in my opinion.
