Can you show me how you put your paper in the printer? Where did you get the silver thing from that you taped the pictures on? I watched the entire video every step but didn't see the silver thing until you got ready to tape the picture on.

What kind of computer do you have? Because an hp pavilion isn’t matching my eco tank 2720 settings so I can’t print because the computer doesn’t have a premium matte paper setting how the printer does

Hi, do you NEED butcher paper or is Teflon paper good to use??
I only use butcher paper for sublimation. I use Teflon when I am using heat transfer vinyl.

Uummmm, you could...but I probably wouldn't because I know how expensive the Otterbox cases are. But if you feel confident in it, give it a go!
What kind of paper do you use for the printer and can I get the machine, the printing paper and the printer on Amazon?
I use A-Sub 125G Sublimation Paper. Everything I used is linked below the video.
Do you have options between canva and canva pro when logging in. I dont see the download option in canva pro, and where I was able to save to downloads it said png but came back as regular file, and couldn't open in design space, Please advise. Thanks
I’m not sure. I have Canva Pro but even before I did, I still had the option to download. If yours only downloads as a png, upload it to pngtosvg.com to convert it.

Hi Caysee, I uploaded my photos to Canva and printed from Microsoft word. That is really an extra step though. You should be able to design and print from Cricut Design Space without any problem. Just measure the length and width of your phone case, save space for the camera, upload your photo, slice, and click make it.
is there any way i can buy designs from someone like a “cardi b” template or just any other cute designs? instead of designing them personally bc i can’t find any

Please help me, my picture won't stick to the metal plate. I put my picture on Sublimation paper and cut it out but when I put picture on metal plate and heat press it won't stick

I don't know if it's the paper or ink? I use the same ink that I make my Tshirts with. You think it should be another ink idk
Are you putting it on the white side? The metal plate is what should stick to the phone.

Yes! And I'm still using the same one.
Can you also sublimate on the soft cases that don't have the metal piece?
I would say, as long as the package or purchase information indicates that it is safe to do so.
@@CraftingwithDelonda it said nothing, but i found out the hard way that you can't sublimate those 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
