    Happy New Year Anita!
Wishing you and your family a blessed year. You made the best Rasmalai. Anything you make is another level. My husband and I love Ratalu shak. My husband was especially crazy about Ratalu rasavaly shak and rotli. I grind greenchillis, ginger, green garlic, cilantro and cumin like thecha in mortal pastel. Give tadka with cumin add Ratalu, little haldi powder and cook for a few minutes. Add thecha cook again for a few minutes then add water. Once is done add little garam masala, lemon juice and cilantro. Eat with fulka. This was my husband's panch pakwan. But unfortunately he's no more. When I saw you making Ratalu I went to my memory land.
I hope and wish you your channel grows big. You're so authentic and real. Lots to learn from you. ❤

Hi, which milk did you use? I have tried with different milk here in NC but I did not get desired texture. But I got good results with farm milk
