I pulled on the banner just for any character and got thread I on 14 pity. Made me pull Jessica immediately because I chose Sotheby to pair with her. I got so lucky I won 50/50 on jessica, which was unexpected bc I wasn't planning to make a poison team at first.
Wanted to get Voyager just because of her design. Ended up getting thread 1 instead. I chose Sotheby. I'm just a fan of healers, and her being a ladylike flower-healer, poison damage dealer character just works for now. Not the best, but it'll do for now.
Regarding Lilya being weak because of crit overcap, I'd have to disagree. Because most bosses have crit resistance so even with TF she might not necessarily overcap (and it'd be negligible evevn if she did)
@@Aguriasu she's pretty broken in single target bosses, bc otherwise she has close to no utility. Regulus is the closest example, she doesn't crit as often but she can generate more moxie herself, has a decent ult that also give 1 turn dodge and can fully skip her 1-2 rounds to get her innate passive. Lilya in contrast in slot hungry and just crits hard. Esp in 1.2 event where enemies just revive if u kill them, aoe units or healer is slightly more useful than single target dps
As a F2P player since global release, I wanted to get at least one 6-star of every Afflatus so I can synergize my level 50 5-star units for the challenge aspect. I managed to obtain four 6-stars (Regulus, Eternity, Melania, and TF) all of them 3 insight lv.20. Thanks to this banner, I pulled a GT3 and went with A Knight. Now I just need a strong plant and Intellect 6-star and I'm golden!
whichever one i got its a win win since in every thread there is unit that i want ended up getting thread 2 tho its hard pity 40 pulls, already got medicine pocket and mommy eternity so the choice is centurion or newbabel (to pair with 37) and i chose centu future plan is set get black dwarf, still hesitant on 37 but i really like her design, i will go for 6 of course then skipping 1.5 entirely for jiu and the other 1.6 units
10 pulls got string 3. I took Voyager in an instant. Now my team of Regulus+Voyager+Tooth Fairy is complete. After playing Voyager for a day I'm stuck with her. I don't know how people don't talk her up much.
i have voyager and TF im thorned to pick between Aknight and Regulus mann. Aknight might not synergies well with voyager cuz AP hungry but hes gonna have such a sick looking skin in the future
I did singles on the banner, and got A Knight in 13 summons. I still got plenty of currency for 6 later on, and pity set aside from my Jessica summons, so no regrets
Couldn't resist doing pulls on the threads, so I went with singles. To my suprise, I ended up getting thread III in 3 pulls. I chose Voyager to complete my mono star team of Regulus and Tooth Fairy. No matter, I still would have been fine with the other threads to get MedPocket or An-an Lee.
I hate how I keep losing the 2/3 chances for me just like in the beginner banner in which I wanted everyone but lilya and I got her and in this banner I just wanted any other thread but three but I got three not a complete loss A-Knight is solid but I just wanted the other units instead
I am not 100% sure but a lot of enemies have high crit resistance in the future, so wouldn't lilya's high crit rate still make her crit a lot more compared to others who would go back to rarely criting because of enemies high crit resistance?
nope she only does damage and shes gonna waste a slot cuz at i3 shes gonna crite all the time, wher other team can still crit as well as her with Toothfairy who pretty much everyone have. Regulus can turn Excess crit rate into Crit damage which mean more damage and she has defensive mech where enemies cant attack, but she is the best support for future character 37
I got golden thread 3 which I wanted the least but I went with voyager to round out a tooth fairy and lilya team it’s will be very strong set up once I’ve got her leveled
so i got golden thread 2 and I'm confused between centurion P1 and med pocket. i already have balloon and TF as my main healers. which one is better for future content? med pocket for more variety on team selection and afflatus availability ? or to strengthen my current centurion DPS potential with P1 and focus upgrading my current team members? since building character is rather expensive and time consuming in this game.
Well I got strong 2. I won't choose medicine pocket since I have sotheby and tooth fairy already as healers. I have balloon party too which I haven't built. I got eternity as my beginner 6* and she's fun I wanted thoughts on Ms new babel so came here and I heard people say she's underwhelming soo I'll pick centurion cuz I have no beast type dps
Ms new Babel is actually pretty underrated imo. She's a 6 star that isn't a healer or a hyper carry, so people shit on her. But she's basically a strong Support DPS and Support sustain all in one. A lot of her damage is genesis and can't be countered plus its much stronger than poison damage. She taunts, shields, and counters and can take advantage of lots of cards in UTTU that others find useless. Her biggest weakness is just that there isn't gonna be a Psychube that she really loves until 1.6. So, she's not gonna be your hypercarry and she's not gonna be your sole sustain. But if you have those already, she can push your team over the edge into being almost unkillable and dealing pretty strong damage flexibly on any team. I still wouldn't pick her on thread 2 unless you already had your DPS and healers locked down, but she's far from useless. Just not as much of a priority as others.
I have 3 acc, all wanted Thread III Genesis dmg focus acc, got Thread I picked AnAn Lee (wanted Voyager) Main acc, got Thread I picked AnAn Lee since already have Sotheby and Druvis (wanted A Knight as flex character Regulus acc, the only acc that got Thread III.. was contemplating between A Knight and Voyager. Chose A Knight because acc focused Reality character is only coming in 1.5, and Mental team will already completed with Black Dwarf, Toothfairy and Regulus. Reality only have Bkorn and Sharmane (+Balloon Party)

Nah, Dikke is fine. Look at it another way. When there is beast favored content you can run Centurian, Dikke, & Medicine pocket & now you are putting out fat damage while having a self sustaining team. lol

If you weren't gonna use Jessica before now, I wouldn't pull for her now. I'd just get another Druvis copy. Now, if you wanted to build a Reality Plant team on top of your Mental Plant team, I'd go for An An Lee. The opportunity cost of messing up your pulls to get Jessica just because Sotheby is available isn't worth it. Also, If you have a Druvis team, all her Portrays are pretty useful. The 1st one makes it so your Petrify move does more damage at level 2 and 3 by a huge margin, which you'll notice because you should always be casting that at level 2+ anyway. And if the enemy has Control resistence/immunity it becomes even more valuable to make your level 2 cards actually worth it. If you always wanted Jessica but just never thought you could reliably get Sotheby for her, THEN I would do what you suggested, but only if you had the wishes to guarantee it. if you end up with Sotheby, but no Jessica, its gonna feel pretty damn shitty. Thats the only scenario where its the right call, though you would potentially be giving up the next banner or 2, which you may or may not like.
pulled Golden thread 3. Already have Lilya so dunno who to choose. I m relatively new as I only have Lilya, TF and Bkorn built and a lvl 1 MP. who would be better from Voyager, A knight and Regulus?
If you are lacking dps choose A Knight/ Regulus. If you already have TF or any crit support choose Regulus, if not choose A Knight. Voyager is a life saver since she can cast a variety of debuffs to not let the enemy attack/ use ults, but it needs a great timing to utilize her kit. Either way choose the character you like and the character you need, just find the balance.
Lilya is a perfectly good character. And Tooth Fairy is pretty much her best healer. So at that point its just choosing 2 supports for her(for boss fights). Voyager is another source of confusion and has other very cool abilities to help keep the whole team critting alongside tooth fairy and can support in other ways. Even if you eventually replace Lilya for someone like Regulus or Charlie(interchangeable if you ask me), you won't regret having her. You can use this same setup of supports with any number of crit-focused carries, too. A second DPS will eventually be needed, though and that may be your concern instead if you think you already have enough supports for your first team(Bkorn is a solid choice for Lilya team or any Reality DPS). In this case, I'd say A Knight over Regulus because your first team already has Lilya/Crit support units that it wants, so your second team should be different so it can use different supports.
I should never have take the bait zero portraits I needed 34 pulls - ended up choosing p0 Sotheby, which then led to 27 pulls on Limited .. which I got nothing zero power increase, all gemmies gone
Whoever will be on your Plant team when you build it in the future. If no one specific comes to mind, then Sotheby because as a healer, she is likely to be used in that scenario over anyone else. If you have a healer you'd rather use, then An An Lee as she is a pretty flexible support. Druvis is a very good carry, but she's a bit more particular in that she really wants specifically Mental and Plant to be on her team, which actually limits her best supports a lot. You can probably run her with one Reality support and get away with it, though, just be careful not to break her Petrify(reality damage frees enemies early).
Pro tip: don't pick, they are other wayyy better characters in the future event banner and will help your 1999 journey for the long run. So don't pick, unless you want An-An

There are very few characters that are considered waaaayyy better. 1.3 is a basically a skip due to 1.6 unless you need Shamane. 1.4 has one character thats worth grabbing and 1.5 offers nothing better than what you can get here. So tell me why you wouldnt pull on this again? Especially when whats coming out thats good is basically 2 mineral dps, a flex beast unit, and an intellect character that doesnt affect any other team since so few exist.

@@NumoNe101 I'd pick Regulus and build a crit team which is very good. A knight requires a diff team setup. In the end the choice is yours.
