Good one. Out of 317k, what was your deposit amount and the mortgage approved amount? I am trying to get the exact figures on that initial 317k that you have spent. Thanks.
If it was the builders fault that the shared wall was knocked down, why are you paying for materials? I can see that perhaps you'd want to keep a good relationship with the builder, but surely they should have said sorry that was our fault, we'll absorb the cost of that
The editing with the montage of all the rooms at approx 7mins is horrible imo. It gave me a headache. Does the cameraman have ADHD or something? Ffs man.
Great video, looking forward to doing my own project to this standard, missed the floating radiators tho 😤😂
Congratulations, great property and a fantastic finish, best of luck and I hope you reach your maximum sale price
Loved the breakdown! Really helpful video.

Is 65k gross or net of all costs ie all professional feed.. build, refinance, cgt, sdlt....
What's the net ROI or ROCE ?

Apologies Mr Quick Scoper MW3, next time you feel a headache coming on just skip the montage and that should sort it out 🎥😁
Wow that's awesome! It's crazy how people can make money using existing resources they have, without creating anything brand new.
