Recipe:
• 1/3 cup coconut flour
• 1T psyllium husk
• 1/8tsp xanthan gum
• 3/4tsp salt
• 1-2 eggs (i added another egg before frying)
• 20g shredded mozzarella
• 1/2tsp fish sauce
• ¼ cup water
Sauce: 1T soy sauce/coco aminos, 1T vinegar, 1tsp sesame oil, ground chili, sesame seeds
• Mix everything and put some spring onions
• Cut into pcs the squid & add to the batter
• Cook in a pan until brown
