That's right! Fishing without a license, smoking a Cuban cigar, collecting rain water without a permit, putting electric in your basement without a permit, in the middle of an IRS audit, having a beer on the sidewalk, a 20-year-old marine having a beer while on tour in Iraq, bringing an Epipen from Canada. Just saying.

I like how the US is part of this video. It's really not a nice country. Over 300 police videos made it clear in my mind.
And about Belarus, it's actually not that hard to escape. Just go to Lithuania. There was a situation where someone got caught, wasn't arrested and escaped on the 2nd attempt. In North Korea, there wouldn't be a 2nd attempt.

I lived in Saudi Arabia for three years and the new crown Prince is improving the rights of women. Recently they have been allowed to drive, book plane tickets, sexually segregated rooms and areas have been removed and more. Although it still has some bad laws such as Freedom of Press and Speech being banned to a certain extent, it is improving.

Escaping Canada too would be difficult if one commits a horrible crime, because the Canadian authorities works closely with other law enforcement around the world, so if one successfully flees the country, it wouldn’t be long before the one who committed the crime be apprehended by foreign law enforcement, and extradited back to Canada where one will receive a sentence for the crime.

    Eritrea:
If you want to leave the country of Eritrea legally, you also have to pay an "exit tax". This is a tax on those people that are trying to voluntarily give up their Eritrean citizenship. I don't know how it works and Eritrea, but there is one other country that does this, that has an exit tax.
The country is United States of America. There if you are trying to legally give up your citizenship and get citizenship in another country, they assume you are trying to evade taxes and will tax you 75% on all property that you own. You have $100,000 house, congratulations you owe $75,000 in taxes payable immediately....
It was an interesting read when I stumbled across the info and read about it on Wikipedia....

Now this same goes to electric fence, phase wires are relatively close in electric fence system.

I would imagine there would be a lot of variables.
      What country?
Are the people armed & willing to fight, or just passively refusing to go to work?
Are the people capable & in an area capable of self-reliance? (Can they grow their own food, maintain shelter, provide their own security).
It could result in anything from the removing of a current government & installation of a new one.
It could result in the collapse of a regional or even global economy.
It could end with a civil war.
A years long stalemate is possible.
We could see a compromise & see some of the demands of the striking workers met in return for them ending the labor strike.
Most likely would end with people slowly going back to normal to avoid starvation.
So many possible outcomes, it just depends on the specifics.
