Been resident in Spain for 11 years and have been to Benidorm once. Never again Barry. It's just like Southend on the Med but if it's your thing, OK? Have you ventured further afield? Cartagena. Murcia. Granada just to mention a few. So much to see in this great country

I'm arriving on the 8th for three weeks, leaving chilly Scotland behind. You should check out the old town, completely different vibe.
Note: Winter on the MEDITERRANEAN COAST of Spain is not so bad, in the center of the country and the north, it is very cold in winter.

Afternoon Barry y Karen .. We had Family Friends who were elderly y every year they would go to Benidorm for 6 weeks because it was cheaper than being in Inglaterra 🏴
God this is so exciting
Nice wee walk along the Benidorm beach front. Just wondering how far can you keep walking along there for. It's good they made it for pedestrians and cyclists no cars or scooters tae dodge.
Seems quite though I thought there would be lots more tourists there during the winter months.

How are you finding the Mediterranean diet in the winter? Is it true you have to go outside as the houses are so cold in the winter?
🤣 yeah the houses are not built to stay warm. Cosy throws, fire on and a warm thick duvet in the bed!! It doesn’t last long though, thankfully.
