I greatly ADMIRE how Junya designs clothes. The western world heavily feminizes fashion and flouts fashion as unintellectual. But his garments always feel as if he is sculpting silhouettes but the medium just happens to be the female body and the constraints are practical wearability (and salability).

some pieces are ok but in general its beyond what I can digest, esp with that oriental hair styling, my sleeping dog was barking behind me upon hearing the music! bring back memories of those cheap qipao fabrics I used to see in western cheap chinese restaurants. its a bit too freakish!
