As for Ambani and Adani creating Consumption, they are also among the top producers in the country. Oil refineries and ports among others in their portfolio have created more jobs since 2014.
RaGa pretending to be a fair critic falls short but a good attempt at looking like a positive LoP. Especially in the face of countrywide appreciation of the new budget. Obviously he couldn't find a fault in it!
As for the President's speech, it has been of the same nature since the time his great grandfather presented his government's budget. Certain things are traditional and will not be changed because of RaGa's problem of poor attention span.
If you find it boring then get out of the Parliament. Simple!
