I use both. But my secret arsenal is Edius. Edius is all about editing in true YUV color space, not RGB as in Premiere Pro. You can color grade in Edius to look like you are using Lut.

Ryzen 5 2600 edit 4k footage in premiere pro so it can edit with edius x too but it's an old gen cpu so u should upgrade to ryzen 5 5600x because u need graphic card with edius as it use while edit and rendering. You can go with 1650 it's more then enough and without graphic card you will face the slow speed may be software crash also.

premiere is far better than edius.. edius is only good for newbie users. adobe premiere has really long learning curve it gives you more control..
