Hey coach just recently started watching your videos and I recently started volunteer coaching coaching for my local football youth program and I’m a fan of mainly 3-4 and 5-2 defenses and I wanted to know depending on the situation if you have a QB that’s a mobile threat what position would have as a spy if he were to move outside the box? Safety? Or middle linebacker? I only ask because I have also thought of using some nickel packages in my schemes for a 3rd corner over a third safety
You prolly dont give a shit but does any of you know of a method to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid forgot my login password. I would love any tricks you can offer me
why does your 3 tech need to be a contain guy, when you have your SS playing low.. seems like your SS is in a better position to be a contain guy. also what is the point of having the SS allingment where its at in a 11 personnel.. how do you cover 4 verticals
The 3-tech is the pass rush contain player, not the run contain. His job on pass is to keep QB in the pocket. This is a 3 under, 3 deep zone blitz. Not every-down coverage. If you're bringing 5 you can either play man or play a 3 under, 3 deep zone (you can play a 2 under, 4 deep zone but we don't and it doesn't really fix your problem either). In the 4-2-5 that SS is a force/flat player. There are a number of ways of playing 4 verts with 3 deep. You'd want to collision receivers so that the deep safety gets some help there. You also play the corners with more attention to the inside to help on the seams. But this gets into a whole discussion of Cover 3 vs 4 verts, different video: th-cam.com/video/idrqpNXafhs/w-d-xo.html (REALLY old video but similar ideas)
AWESOME INFORMATION COACH 👍
Hi Coach, Quick Question. What Program are you using for the Drawing? Regards from Germany
The outside passes seem unusual since things like the deep out require more arm strength.

On the second blitz why is the end dropping in coverage? Isn’t the tackle dead on that play?
It's a zone blitz, he's covering the low hole zone for crossing routes
