I've seen other videos about them individually and both are so talented. I wanted to play the drums. But my parents said it would be too loud. Im 58 now still wish i could have played the drums . These girls inspire me. So good. I wish both of them the best futures.
I love TH-cam for videos like this! I'm 54 and when I was a kid it was a handful of record producers who decided what bands got signed record contracts and played on the radio and promoted in the magazines and went on major tours. But now music fans can see talented musicians from all over the world and hear self-published material. Not only were people of my generation limited to a handful of musicians, but we ended up buying the same songs in multiple formats. We bought it on 45's, 33's, 8-track, cassette, reel to reel, CD, and now MP3's, and of course, we bought all of the devices required to play all of those formats, not to mention VHS, Beta, Laserdisc and DVD's. Thank you ladies for this video! I'm in awe of your talent and I sincerely appreciate your hard work and dedication!

Watching these two kids inspires me to be not only a better musician, but a better person. And to really enjoy what live should be all about. Not some stupid religious squabble's but a strong inner constitution and desire to actually be something. Don't ever let anything get in your way girls, the world is your oyster.
Wow what a song choice - Brecker Brothers from 1975 ! Awesome solo. It's so great to watch this performance from almost 12 years ago and all the way through today. Amazing
What an absolute treat to see them both performing together side-by-side. Gave me a chance to notice their individual drumming styles. Senri definitely puts more emotion into it while Kenade is more the stone cold drum killer type.
Ohhh My Dog!!! I am completely over whelmed and out of breath...and i have not ever moved...lol!.....How can this be even possible? Completely out of this world.....and the universe. These young girls have won me over to listening to drum players, altho i doubt very much i will listen to any that surpasses them. I must go and lie down.

Senri Kawaguchi & Kanade Sato are Iconic & Difficulty Hard Star Mode Setting's, which mean's can't be beaten. I use to think Tony Royster & Baard Kolstad from Norway were the Greatest & he is But Girl's are way Better then Guy's.

Senri Kawaguchi is probably the best female drummer in the world at the ripe old age of 15. Kanade Soto is a 9 year old prodigy with massive talent and a great future. They do it a little different in Japan. I'm not sure what they've got going on over there but we haven't figured it out yet in America.
WOW! I do not know why I had never seen this video before! I am a real fan of Kanade Sato, and this was a very fun video to watch! I will say it was wonderful to see two absolutely great talents playing together! Sorry, I had not heard of Senri Kawaguchi before I think. Senri does show that she is a bit better technically in this video, but I feel that Kanade actually melts into the music better, and truly feels and becomes one with it, in a way that Senri does not really manage in this video. Of course this is a few years ago now, and I know Kanade has made many advancements since, and I am sure Senri probably has done so also. Just GREAT and VERY VERY fun to watch many times! Kanade is nine yerars old on this video, nearly ten. Senri is 15. Amazing, they are playing like masters. From which planet are they coming? I heard this tune live twice with the Brecker Brothers, very hard to play.

Great idea! I think people should learn to appreciate all types of music. I've seen other musicians who played metal gave a good advice, that is learn the basics of drumming, the rudiments. Classical music maybe like jazz or other stuff before going metal so that you get a solid foundation. different people have different taste in music. Some metal, some 80's classic pop rock, jazz and Beatles maybe or songs like Hotel California. Peace everyone!
I really enjoyed this very "noisy," challenging but beautiful piece, stretching people's awareness of just how brilliant you are in a looser, freer approach.
